Rental Policy –

Rental services require a 50% deposit. Final payment with changes, substitutions and final counts are due 72 hours before the delivery date to avoid cancellation and delivery interruptions. If the final payment is not received 3 days before, Jade’s Event Rentals reserves the right to cancel the order, release the inventory and the client forfeits the initial deposit. All deposits are NON-Refundable.
Refund Policy: This agreement of Jades Event Rentals to perform shall be excused by acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond Jades Rentals control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Jades Rentals to find comparable replacement event planning at the agreed upon fees. In the event that the client chooses to cancel for one reason or another, the client will not be refunded. In the event that Jades Rentals were to cancel on the client outside of non/late payment, acts of God, or change of arrangements of the clients end that creates an inconvenience for Jades Rentals then the client is entitled to a full refund excluding the reservation booking fee and will receive the refund in the same way the payment was received within 7-10 business days. Client agrees that in all such circumstances, Jades Rentals liability shall be exclusively limited to refunding the fees paid and that Jades Rentals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of this contract. Our customers mean the world to us, and your satisfaction is our highest priority. Our company and staff are responsible for delivering high quality items and service. In the event however, that deliveries are over 45 minutes late, the FULL delivery fee will be refunded to our client. Also, if the items are damaged upon delivery or not of expected quality, 30% of the rental fee total Will be refunded to the client. Refunds are followed up by claims made and submitted to the finance/ legal department. The claim will be processed in the amount of days listed on our claims form, and the refund will also be allotted to our client in the amount of days listed on this same form.
